Christmas carriage rides

The best way to see the lights is at a horse's pace.

Every December the Valley lights up, and most people see it through a car window. We'd rather you saw it from an open carriage, with the sound of hooves on the street and the lanterns glowing up front.

We trailer the horse and carriage to you anywhere in Maricopa and Pinal County, decorate it for the season, and take a slow loop past the brightest houses on your block.

Planning a Christmas carriage ride in Arizona

Holiday rides happen right where you live. There's no driving across town to a tourist route and no waiting in line: the carriage comes to your street, and the ride goes past the lights you already know are worth seeing.

Pick your night early

December weekends are the first dates to go, especially the ones closest to Christmas. If you have a specific night in mind, reach out as soon as you can.

Plan a route past the lights

Tell us which streets or houses everyone in the neighborhood talks about, and we'll plan a loop with a safe spot to load and unload. Some HOAs like a heads-up before a horse comes through, so it's worth a quick message to yours.

Dress for a desert winter

Arizona December nights get chilly once the sun goes down. Bring blankets, a thermos of hot cocoa, and everyone's best holiday hat.

How long is a holiday ride?

Rides run 30 to 60 minutes. Tell us your route and group size and we'll suggest a length.

How many people fit in the carriage?

Up to four adults, or a couple plus a few kids. For bigger families or neighborhood events, we run back-to-back rides.

Can our HOA or street book rides for everyone?

Yes. We can set up a block of back-to-back rides so neighbors take turns. Send the date, the number of households, and where we can load.
